PSfm is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Field Lead to join our growing Benelux field team, working with our exciting client SquareTrade – a leading InsurTech company delivering consumer electronics insurance across Europe.

This is a great opportunity for those who have hands-on retail or in-store leadership experience and are ready to move into a more strategic, people-focused role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Team Lead, you’ll manage and coach a national team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across Benelux, helping them grow retail sales, meet KPIs, and build strong relationships with our retail partners' store teams. You'll be the go-to contact between our field team, PSfm and SquareTrade, keeping communication clear, objectives aligned, and performance on track.

Your key responsibilities will include:

●     Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of ASMs across the Benelux.

●     Building strong partnerships with senior retail leaders with our retail partner..

●     Coaching and developing ASMs to hit their targets and grow in their roles.

●     Driving retail sales performance and ensuring execution of strategy on the ground.

●     Managing performance reviews, setting clear goals, and identifying growth opportunities and needs.

●    Monitoring field KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.

●     Planning and managing budgets, travel schedules, and team resources.

●     Ensuring all communication from HQ reaches the field effectively and consistently.

●     Representing the field team in strategy meetings and supporting business growth.

Must-Haves:

●     Minimum of 4+ years in retail or consumer electronics industry
●     Leadership experience in field or store management (multi-site or regional is a plus)
●     Strong coaching, mentoring, or product training experience both small and larger groups
●     Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally abroad
●     Comfortable using data and sales reporting tools to track performance
●     Fluent in English (written and spoken)
●     Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
